Summary

Delta Force: Black Hawk Down sees its first official expansion pack with the release of Team Sabre. In true expansion pack style, the release joyously adds more life to the original and, more importantly, extends the duration in which you can assume your favourite FPS position (hunched almost foetal, eyes two centimetres from your 19" Trinitron, fingers anxiously twitching over the W, A, S, and D keys) and take out the world's virtual uber-villains with ultra-high precision.

Set in locales such as the treacherous South American jungle and some of the most remote islands of the Persian Gulf, Team Sabre once again casts you as a member of the Delta Force Team and charges you with a variety of high-profile tasks, such as taking out a mountain stronghold, infiltrating enemy oilfields, and capturing a chemical weapons convoy.

There are a total of 10 new single-player missions, set across two new campaigns, as well as the introduction of a host of new weapons, such as the H&K G3A3, the H&K G36E and the H&K PSG1 Sniper rifle. New transport appears in the form of a MH-53M PaveLow IV helicopter and a RHIB Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat, and a new feature means that you can now play selected missions as a British SAS soldier.

Let's not forget the multiplayer aspect, as these games are so much more fun when experienced over a LAN or the Internet. Team Sabre adds a total of 30 new maps across which you can attempt to assassinate your mates, as well introducing Mod support for building your own multiplayer battlefields.
