Summary

Kao the Kangaroo is making the cross-platform leap of faith onto the Game Boy Advance. Kao is back once again and this time he’s meaner than ever, downing as many cans of Fosters he can lay his little kangaroo hands on. This is a third-person arcade style adventure where Kao runs around the levels looking for fights, cool.

Armed with the very latest in comedy boxing gloves, Kao must negotiate over twenty-five colourful and diverse levels. Luckily, Kao, being a kangaroo has mastered the art of jumping, he can hop, skip and triple jump over any obstacle that lies in his path.

What platformer would be complete without the obligatory end of level boss characters? Kao has five mean and nasty bosses to fight, no easy feat. Additionally, There are twenty different enemies intent on tracking down our hero and stepping into to the ring with him. You’ll have to put a stop to these pretenders and dish out a few tasty combos.

If hopping wasn’t enough for Kao, unbelievable as it may be, he can leap onto and into an assortment of vehicles and modes of transport. Kao has mastered the fine arts of handgliding, skateboarding, and snowboarding, rad.

With solid level design, an enthralling challenge, and impressive handheld graphics, Kao the Kangaroo is up there with the better Advance platformers.
