Today, we looked at the letter S... and the number 7! Sesame Street: surely, there’s not a kid on the planet who hasn’t heard of the long-running American TV show. And thanks to Ubi Soft’s licensing deal, Big Bird and the rest of the gang are making their way onto PlayStation for a sports-based interactive episode. Cool!
Let’s be absolutely clear about this: Sesame Street Sports is a game designed for kids. The environments are simple, bright and colourful, but most importantly, uncomplicated. The game’s racing circuits can be negotiated with any of the six playable Sesame Street characters, but take care not to upset Big Bird! There are also many other sporting events to take part in, and each of them come with simple controls to keep players happy. There’s even a tutorial to teach kids the basics.
Of course, that’s not so say adults can’t enjoy Sesame Street Sports either. As simple as it is, anyone can get stuck into this game.
