While not familiar in name, Tron Bonne may be of interest when I mention the word Mega Man. While Tron Bonne doesnt actually contain our bionic blue friend that is Mega Man, this is a sequel to Mega Man legends on PlayStation.
Tron Bonne is not as dissimilar to Mega Man as its name is. In terms of graphical capabilities, they are the same. The 3-dimensional environments in which you wander around are simple; its the environments inhabitants that make the difference. TBs computer bosses can intimidate the most aggressive player in you. Some of them are huge; some of them are small, but every enemy has its strong points and its weak points. Once you discover them, it shouldnt be too hard to take them down.
Tron Bonne differs to Mega Man in that this is a mission-based game. While this title still has a sense of progression, you get to choose how you progress. Missions can be takes on in any order, just as long as they are completed successfully.
A new addition to TB is the servebots. These little guys follow you around and are useful in terms of size. You can send them into small areas inaccessible to yourself, and the little fellas will fetch out anything they find. Cool.
Mega Man fans may well enjoy this non-related sequel. Tron Bonne has originality to an extent but doesnt retract from the popular game play of its predecessors.
