Summary
Platform games have become one of the most popular genres ever since they first appeared in the early days of video game history. Even to this day, platform titles can be found everywhere. As far as 2D platform games go, GameBoy Color has the edge. Now, new for GameBoy Color, and based on Dreamwork’s feature length animation comes Hope and Glory: Road to El Dorado.
In this 2D-platform game, you get to take on the role of either Tulio or Miguel, the stars of the film. Together, they must travel across globe and test their abilities in locations such as galleons, swamps and rainforests in a quest to reach their ultimate treasure. However, Cortes and his minions will be there to hinder your progress as much as possible. There are twenty levels waiting for you to complete, with some great traditional platforming action, with raging bulls and pirates along the way.
