Summary

While flight simulators and combat simulators tend to take on a rather serious approach towards PC gamers, there are a few titles of this genre that have the ability to be a little less accurate, but a little more fun to play. Flying Heroes is one of these titles.

Flying Heroes takes place over ten huge fantasy landscapes, some are floating islands, others comprise of huge flight arenas. To begin combat, you must first choose one of four clans, each with their own unique abilities and characteristics. All flight vehicles come with a range of up to 24 weapons, some of which are available to you instantly, while others have to be earned. Similarly, there are also 24 flight vehicles to take control of, but once again you will have work for them by winning battles. While there is a quick arcade-type mode of play, you can also participate in a campaign. Here, you will see your character develop through the progression of a league.

With all the aforementioned features, and an 8-player multi-play option, Flying Heroes can be an enjoyable flight experience.
