Summary

Alcazar starts on a world-map with a mass of levels to get stuck-in to, infact it has a total of 20 levels and one boss level. Although the game beomes repetative due to the cut and paste affect of the surroundings; all the walls are identical in all way, shape and form except colour as the screen show; same abides for the floor, and items such as lanters and carpets. This ends up baffling the players direction and if causion isn't taken you can soon become abducted in a sting of similar rooms full of similar doors.

There's 3 types of weapons guns, rope and oil, a gun when found is equipted with six bullets ,enemies wont stop chasing you until a life is lost so sparing ammunition is essential. Although this does not apply to rope or oil, these can only be used once before being automatically discarded. Keys can also be aquired to open doors or release a prisonor.

There is an interesting veriation of enemie creatures to hinder your quest, there's everything from slugs to rats from flys to road-kill. There is also a chance of meating a jeanie that takes over six shots to kill.
