i dont want to be payin anymore than £150. £30-£40 for games.only one thing that kinda makes me get a X360 is pd0 and resi5

Nintendo have always stressed that they'd be keeping the price down with Rev. I still reckon a rough GC like launch price would be more likely, £130-150. This is also more likely since 360 packs begin around the £200 mark. Why spend a little more on a PSP or 360 when you can get a Rev for a cheaper price? Marketed properly it'll be a winner.

Games would be £40, again to keep costs down. Hopefully the games will flow quickly due to developers knowing GC tech already. I'm sure games are already being prepared as we speak.

There is one question that is up in the air for me and that's the DVD storage, will Nintendo use standard DVD or opt to take HD DVD onboard (since that's Toshiba's baby) or will they just stay with GC mini DVD format. I'm sure we'll know more in time, but the latter two woud make more sense, even if we've been told Rev won't support HDTV.

Go figure, but Nintendo would be crazy not to sell the Rev with some form of new DVD standard (in a similar way to PS3, since many will pick one up as their first Blu Ray player) that's on the way, Toshiba is the logical choice if any.


All in all, I'm still up for the Rev. A little change will do us gamers some good.
