I feel your review really gave this game some needed vindication. It really is an amazing work of art in regards to action, sci-fi, and solid exciting single player experience. I'm glad you stressed that this game throws everything at you, yet empowers you to just kickass in a very amazing way. It is pretty sad the game did not seem to gather much interest here which dashes any hopes for a great sequel.

I liked alot of Sam Gideon's responses to crisis in the game as well. He was a pretty stand up guy.
