Ironically enough, I'd have to say Move - purely on the software for it. Kinect is technologically more interesting by a mile, but the software just doesn't do it for me.
i just hope that people are willing to buy kinect from the start it would be cool and make a load of sence for microsft to get kinect to work with windows 7 if they did that then i think microsoft would have a big gain i mean how many people have htpc under there tv's no 90% of my mate have somthing iv built 6 of what i call steam boxes for peoples lcd tvs in the last month if microsoft dont do somthing i hope that the diy programers do somthing i would be very cool if say a linux os is built for kinect as we no its all ready possible
Good technology or not I think both of these look rubbish. I'm very much in the 'neither' camp and the percentage on this poll is rather high. If this was repeated globally then the game makers would do well to pay attention.
@Trigger and everyone else, why are more people interested in Move? It is copied from the wii, which i think would be more enjoyable than move due to originality and greater game choice. And if anyone says Kinect is a copy of eyetoy, Ive used kinect and move but the Kinect peripheral is so much better! (I have an xbox, wii and ps3)
Is this not the same as asking "Playstation Eye or Wii?"
Seems to me that Move is just a super accurate Wii, and I'm still confused as to what Kinect can do that Playstation Eye can't. Can anyone clarify for me?
For all intents and purposes, Kinect is a super expensive Eyetoy at the moment. That may change in future, but at this moment in time Kinect is nothing more than a gimmick, and a costly one at that!
