I don't know what to tell you, I mean don't games already have an age rating? Doesn't that mean you are not allowed to by them if your underage? So the point of this is what? Isn't it the kid's Mom and Dad buying the game for them anyway? The first 2 kids in line to buy Halo 2 at midnight last year had to yell for their dad to come back so they could buy the game, so this law isn't going to keep underage kids from getting the game, its only going to keep stores from selling them or make the industry make pseudo-teen junk, like the how they have messed up the movie industry into boring PG-13 crap fest.

yeah, but the only game dangerous for kids'd be likes of GTA, beein fairly realistic environment(which kids easily get attached to). Most action,FPS are ok for kids(yes even Doom3) as long as it's not a 3 yer old playin it.Rarely will a 7 yer old think its normal dicin people on the streets after a session of Doom.Sure, it'll scare the poor chap (unless he's Kid77)lol...thus lowering the chances of becomin gay, and therefore it is good... the process i mean.
