Sega never release multi-format games... they just seam to randomly pic formats on a whim. Which I think is one of their main flaws since becoming a 3rd party publisher, they should do some multi format stuff.
Why not release Virtua Fighter and Virtua Tennis on all formats?
You make a very good point there, King. Sega should indeed spread their lovely games the way EA do, because we have more respect for Sega than we do them.
It's quite strange but also welcoming that the DS has these kinds of edutainment titles are now selling like hot cakes from the bakery in Japan. Perhaps in the past they tried pushing them too hard on kids at home instead of trying the handheld angle to a wider demographic.
I see no reason why they should market such games over here and elsewhere too. I think they should atleast try because who would have thought that Nintendogs and Electroplankton would have sold. People are looking for new types of games to play, and the more diffeent the experiences on handheld are the more people will be attracted to gaming, young and old, male and female and that's the way it should be.
In truth these types of Brain Training games aren't much to look at candywise but that's the beauty of handheld gaming. Things don't have to spin millions of polygon etc to make you love it.
