Fresh Screens: Resident Evil 4 on PlayStation 2 Shines…

I have to say they do look considerably worse than the GameCube Version. I didn't really expect to see that much of a differance.

Well I won't be buying it a second time, I'm happy with my GC version thanks.

No point in even looking at these screenshots unless you are buying it so I'm not gonna.

Ok , thesegraphics verify that Nintendo never use the power of the Game Cube to show off themselves, now that they never use it as a marketnig campaing.
Althoug i think PS2 could perform better than this, cause these graphics are lame.

Usually i'm not the person to look too much into graphics (in a technological sense), but anyone claiming these look "ok" compared to GCN's version needs a serious eye operation.

Seriously, they look like ass.

Don't judge the game on these images. Though they came straight from Capcom, they're really heavily JPEG compressed - all mushy round the edge. Sadly, as a result of our upload process, resizing and recompressing has made them look even worse.

We'll see if we can track down some descent images

Obviously the graphics aren't as good as their GC counterpart, but they're good enough. RE4's probably my favourite single-player game from the last 3 years... a few jaggies won't spoil it.

Got word back from Mr Capsule Computers Europe, and apparently nobody else has complained about the quality of the images. In not so many words; fsck you, you whining northern gits.
