Electronic Arts Adds Weight to Homosexual Gaming Convention

Shouldn't the group of people who play games and which comprises "all orientations/ethnicities/gender/class/creed in the gaming community" be galled "Gamers"?

Isn't calling a group that includes "all orientations" Gaymers:
a) As stupid and exclusive as calling then "straightmers"
2) A trademark infringement on the venerable cider maker?

I'm all for the gays being treated equally. But isn't having a big "we're Gay and we game" convention much like having a "we're gay and we cross the street" festival, or a "we're gay and we eat yoghurt" party?

Surely, we're all just gamers, and some of us just happen to love the cock.
