Doesn't make sense, other than being stingy.
For online games, it makes sense. But for store downloads, you've already paid £50 extra, and you're paying per item on the store. Surely they can cover the cost that way if they choose to, without impairing the key feature on the 3G model?

OK so who goes outside and takes there PSP but not there mobile? and if you of take your mobile, well over 50% of us own an android phone which has Mobile AP app that can connect your WiFi Vita to your mobiles non restricted 3G... and before you say it if you look around there are a couple of places you can get unlimited data for a relatively cheap £10-£15 a month.
