Net Privacy Campaign to 'Brick Nintendo Before They Brick You' KIcks In

At the moment, flash cards are working with the 3DS, I think people are more worried about Ninty bricking their systems when the data comes back to back to them via the eshop update and reports these peeps as using flash cards. although you can do a system restore to remove all the collected data.

It's a shame really for the homebrew community, I have Manic Miner: the lost levels DS, but don't want to take any risks playing it :(
