Someone made a mistake, realised it had an unintended effect, realised the unintended effect could be used to their advantage, hey presto a glitch is born.

It'd be very easy for someone to do by mistake and getting banned for it would be ridiculous.

It's a glitch, not a cheat. If everyone can do it, then it's not cheating, is it? It's game rules that apply to everybody.

I have used it in like 2 games, the whole other team just ran around using 1887 akimbo, so i sat in the corner with my bomb ready, and when one of those faggots ran around the corner and killed me. Do IW realise they would get sued by every person who gets a ban for it?? People pay a subscription and therefore pay their hard earned money to play, if IW insist on making a game with so many glitches then they have to expect people to exploit them, it would basically be illegal to ban a user for a one of the developers many many mistakes. Also how are map monkeys still getting payed? They can't tell their arse from their elbow let alone fing glitches. TTG ftw

When people buy a subscription to Live, the must agree to the ToS. This glitch and others similar to it are specifically described as a violation of said ToS. The notion that Live will be sued for the ToS bans is absolutely absurd.

Following your method of thinking, if I came upon an ATM machine that malfunctioned and started dispensing money I would be justified in taking the money that obviously did not belong to me, because the developer of the ATM didnt prevent it from malfunctioning - I'd love to see you use that as your defense before a judge.

Glitchers are people to can't otherwise win, its as simple as that. Get over it and play fair or enjoy the ban.
