Hi Tim, thanks for the code, it's appreciated. I also havent't received the 5000 points by going to Redeem Card though. But if it's all going to be erased after 10 days I'm not too fussed. Thanks for all the effort trying to sort it out. After trying Lord Of The Rings Online out thanks to SPOnG I gotta say, free or not it's still got nothing on World Of Warcraft but good on them for trying!

Even if your account expired, you still will be able to play LOTRO.
About the 5000 points, Tim is looking into it with CodeMasters, so hopfully we'll get an answer soon.
Codemasters have got back to me in a lovely way. I've now got new codes for anybody who could not get the points to redeem. Please contact me using the feedback@spong.com address, with your username and the old code in the body of the message. Please put "Hey SPOnG, About those LOTRO Points" in the subject and I'll get you a new code.
