Get a Lord of the Rings Online Key BETA Here

I didn't redeem my card yet, so I have no idea. But as I can read in the login box of LoTR, it says:

Jul 08, 2010 04:00 EST It has come to our attention that players participating in the Beta are able to redeem Ultimate Game Cards in the Beta LOTRO Store. Please do not use these cards for point purchases during Beta! While you will receive Turbine points, neither they nor the value of the card will transfer or remain on your account once Free-to-play goes live!

But I am not sure why is that !!!

Without points, U basically can not get any quest after bree-land

Is this site a "registration/click scam"?? After 2 days waiting i still haven't received a beta key, and people posted that they got the keys in minutes.

Why am I being ignored about this ? So much for a fast response.

btw is the beta key sopose to come to my e-mail? or do i register at codemasters with my mail and then get the beta key?

Eldridzh: The beta key comes to youre email, with instructions where to download client, how to use key etc. Have you looked to youre SPAM box ? And how you write the email ? You must write to SUBJECT: Hey SPOnG, Gimme a LOTRO key! Nickname , or idk, perhaps there arent any keys left..

It's real !!!

I have been playing LOTR for 2 days now. When I first started, I didn't like the graphics that much, but later on, you actually start to enjoy it. While I was doing the beginner quests, I got a rented horse for 1 day, which everyone get as well for free. But after the duration of my mount expired, I had to walk and walk and walk, it got a bit boring since the map is so big, or let me say huge and so many quests to get done. I tried to get a permanent mount, but I have to buy some items from the shop first and I have zero points (I couldn't really get the 5,000 game points, I don't know why).

The game has so many features, each minute I learn something new. I am playing in a burglar right now, I like the DPS, but I find it weak. I think I'll just start a new class, a mage maybe.

Cheers Tim- and thank you- my friend also got the key/ i have 2 questions: Is this key playeble with the regular version of lotro -(i downloaded the euro version 10GB)? -And do you get to keep your characters when the beta testing is over?- Cause my friend for example got his character deleted when the beta of allods was over.

Regarding the credits, an idea came to my mind, it might work, I will try it and report back. But the server is down at the moment, so we'll have to wait a bit.

Yea it's the 9.90 GB, and the name of the game's shortcut after the installation should be "The Lord of the Rings Online - Public Test".
