how do i pick up the phone? it just keeps giving me the same response of 'there is a cordless phone on the desk' the charger also keeps giving me the same message of 'i don't even know what batteries the TAS uses' or something like that. DD:

if you look on the reception desk you'll see a thing on it with the days date on it. put in the date. eg. if it's the 2nd of July 2009 then you put 02072009
