Now to me, "IP theft" would not be a copyright infringement incident. There is no way that anybody can steal your intellectual property since it is an intangible thing like an idea or a character. So unless there are hoards of "pirates" running around the country wiping all developers' memories of the games they have worked on, there is no such thing as "IP theft".
it is this that killed the dreamcast and the f+*!ing c&+ts that do this kill the market and this is also the one of the reasons that the price of games go up
its not that hard to rip a dvd, i wouldnt say nintendo have to start worrying just yet. theyll have many measures in place to make sure piracy doesnt become a big problem, so early in the Wii's lifespan especially.
