You do know that people have played games, for centuries before video games existed, don't you? Such as chess and go, which are more often than not played by older people. Video games have been around since the 70's (i think). Do you think people should stop playing games once they reach a certain age? Do you plan to mature over night when you reach adulthood and decide that you are too old for games? Playing games, as nintendo continually trying to communicate , keeps the mind supple, by solving problems and reaching objectives. If the Wii suceeds it's mission, playing video games should hopefully be as well accepted as reading & watching television.

most of the mods on spong are OAP's,so no not to old to play games and i plan to play computer games for a very long time.

Interestingly, I was asking myself the same question the other day. It's my birthday in December. Am I going to be 30?! I had to work it out. Only 29 this year.

Oi! I resent that! I'm only 34. Been playing games since my dad bought some obscure cart-based system made by Teleng, back in the early 80s. I think it was some Interton clone. My cousin had a Atarti VCS. Posh bastard.

Even when you've got a full-time job you've got to spend some time playing, otherwise you get stressed; or eventually you go mad, I believe. Unfortunately a lot of people forget to take a break from work in this age of caffeine and ready meals.
