Some unexpected Dreamcast sequels announced
The Dreamcast has had its day…blah, blah, blah. Forget all that for a minute and listen. Sega has committed to supporting the Dreamcast for the next year with over a hundred games and has just announced a few of the more interesting titles to hit the streets.

First up is House of the Dead 3. It is a fairly safe bet that this will be a light gun based zombie shooting game. We think. You never know with Sega’s new fondness of typing games, but were pretty sure that this will not be Typing of the Dead 2.

Space Channel 5 will, surprisingly, be dusted off. Ulala will again show you how to get down in the futurist way.

Coming as no surprise is the sequel to the massive Virtua Tennis. Called Power Smash Tennis 2 in Japan, the game will hit UK shelves with the title Virtua Tennis 2. Most interesting to all you red-blooded males out there will be the inclusion of female tennis players. As with the original, the players will all be stars of the international pro circuit. The game may also see online play as an option.

Lastly, and most bodacious of all is the announcement from Sega that the superfly duo of ToeJam and Earl will be making a next generation comeback.
