Sex in Video Games Conference
The Sex in Video Games Conference: Exploring the Business of Digital Erotic Entertainment is to be held June 8 and 9 in San Francisco.

The conference organisers have just announced that they are now accepting submissions for the Machinima Art Show to be held at the event. Ten submissions will be chosen and viewed over the course of the two day event.

According to the press release just issued, “The Machinima show will highlight the wide variety of artistic endeavors where the film makers use game engines to create unique film pieces that showcase the melding of sex with games.”

There is only one month left to take advantage of the Early Bird Registration to the conference, which you can get more information on and register for here.

The event is billed as two full, information-packed days with 30 of the adult and tech industry's leading figures - from Wired's Sex Drive columnist Regina Lynn to Fleshbot's Violet Blue to Naughty America: The Game's Noah Dudley to Second Life's Phoenix Linden.

There are developer panels already shaping up for those with an interest in the upcoming wave of massively multiplayer online erotic games, developers who want to learn how to turn players on and those who have been wondering what emergent sex in virtual worlds like Second Life, World of Warcraft and others can teach us about player desire.

Evergreen Events, the conference organisers, were also responsible for the first Casual Games Conference as well as organising and presenting the Women's Game Conference.
