Dead or Alive 4: New Screens as Game Slips

Japanese launch misses key title.

Tecmo’s Team Ninja and Microsoft Japan have announced that Dead or Alive 4, without question the key Japanese launch title for Xbox 360, will miss the hardware debut by a week.

The tit-wobbling fighter was slated to hit retail alongside the Xbox 360, if not go on sale several days early, but according to Impress Game Watch, Japanese gamers won’t be playing/wanking themselves into a frenzy until December 17, a date one SPOnG writer mistakenly though was his birthday until the age of nine. DOA4 was expected on December 10th.

Microsoft has pledged Every Party, FIFA 06: Road to FIFA World Cup, Need for Speed Most Wanted, Perfect Dark Zero, Ridge Racer 6, and Tetris: The Grandmaster Ace for launch in Japan.

A few new screens of the game trickled out with today’s news, viewable to the right of these very words.
