Head over to
http://www.nintendo.co.jp/ds/ajsj/index.html and check out the Jump Super Stars site, which went live earlier today. Coming to the DS console, Jump Super Stars is the highly anticipated collaboration between Nintendo and legendary Japanese Manga house Shonen Jump. Jump is home to the long running and much-be-videogamed (!) Dragonball Z, as well as the more recent Naruto (also the subject of 3D fighting games on the Gamecube) and One Piece.
The game looks to be a Super Smash Bros style free-for-all fighting game, but the DS’ lower screen shows a comic strip style layout. We’ll have more news on this exciting title as it breaks, but for now we suggest you read it from the horse’s mouth...or something. And if your Kanji reading skills are of a high standard, feel free to post any details you have gleaned in the forum below.
