It is rumoured across Japan that Resident Evil 4 is in Development at Capcom’s Tokyo studio. The narrative is expected to pick up where Resident Evil 3 left off, the heroes escaping via helicopter, able to return to slay more of the undead. It is thought that there will be a problem with the helicopter and action will begin sooner than you might expect.
At present, only a PlayStation 2 version of “future title from the franchise” has been confirmed, though it is thought that a Dreamcast version will follow as Capcom are one of the platform’s best supporters.
