Just a quickie for you. SPOnG noted with great interest this morning that World Soccer Winning Eleven 9 cropped up on the all-formats release schedule in Japan overnight.
Slated for release on August 4, the game will surely become Pro Evolution Soccer 5 (as sponsored by everyone’s favourite ‘should really have been a barrow boy’ John Terry). No gameplay details are available as yet, other than weather conditions will be uprated and play a major part in the wider single player game.
Of course, expect updates here as they break.

I just hope there is a GC version. I know Konami don't really dig GC anymore so I won't hold my breath waiting.
