We have just received the first image taken from the artdesk at Oddworld Inhabitants detailing the new game, currently carrying the name Oddworld at EA and Stranger at OI.
We are told that he’s the main character, believed to be called Stranger.

In related news, the final approved press release on the game has been issued with comments from Lorne Lanning. “Partnering with EA is a major win for us. Through EA’s first-rate publishing and marketing expertise, the expanded universe of Oddworld can reach millions of game fans and extend the reach of this distinctive series,” said Lorne Lanning, President of Oddworld Inhabitants.

I have some insider developer info here - Stranger's not actually his real name, he just uses it cover up the fact that his real name is Jeffrey and isn't anywhere as mysterious.
