When Nintendo announced that it would release a wireless adapter for Game Boy Advance only as part of one of various bundles, many gamers were outraged.
It seemed a cynical move, designed at forcing consumers to buy games they may not have wanted, with the firm at no point offering an explanation why no stand-alone product was offered.
The situation has now been resolved, with Nintendo Japan announcing a 2,000 yen (just under £10) version, due to hit Japanese retail in July.
A global roll-out of the Wireless Adapter is now expected. We’ll keep you updated.
