All Hail Everquest 2!

The return of the cultish MMORPG.

Posted by Staff
Sony’s Everquest was the first popularised PC MMORPG to really take off. Less a game, more an alternative lifestyle, the playing of Everquest was purported to be the fastest growing reason given for divorce proceedings in the US. Conversely, some couples supposedly met and tied the knot within the game. Whether or not these rumours are true is largely irrelevant, the point is Everquest 2 is arriving this autumn and it will be demanding a great deal of your time, should you succumb to the temptations of a digital existence.

The sequel is expected to be of an even more unruly scale than the original, with greater depth lent to each of the complicated class systems. Everquest 2 will be genuinely massive: so big, in fact, that we couldn’t possibly outline all the features within the confines of this page.

European servers are located? Someone said they are all in Britain but I am not sure. Would they
