Prince of Persia Sequel Already Underway
Strong sales spell update to time-warp action classic.
Ubisoft has confirmed that a new Prince of Persia game is already in development, following strong sales of The Sands of Time across all platforms over Christmas.
The game, developed at Ubisoft’s Montreal studio, drew amongst the most mixed reviews across the board, with some absolutely loving the game and other hating it bitterly. Rather strange, though PoP is without question an important and groundbreaking game.
Unfortunately, no details were released as to what we can expect from the update, though it’s likely that the new Prince of Persia will be prominent on Ubisoft’s stand at this May’s E3.
