Secret Konami titles Revealed – Frogger to Return – Must Read!

It would seem that Konami is working on some rather interesting new games, with applications to the public access patent offices of the world turning up four E3-busting titles.

First up we have Forced Rep, likely to be an exercise game involving a weightlifting or dumbbell-style peripheral. This would be concurrent with Konami’s ongoing and sometimes not-too-well executed moves into the fitness world and is likely to be a coin-operated affair.

Then we have the fairly self-explanatory Frogger Rescue. It’s a new Frogger game, likely to involve Frogger trying not to get done in by lorries/crocodiles etc.

Next up is GigaDrake, a complete mystery, and the final title to be revealed, the slightly homoerotic-sounding Muscle Navi (though any smirk-worthy possibilities pale into insignificance next to the various Metal Gear subtitles).

A Konami representative this morning confirmed that none of the above mentioned titles are scheduled for release before the end of next year. Strange.
