In today's issue of Famitsu, Capcom has stated that Biohazard/Resident Evil 4 is still scheduled as a GameCube exclusive, debunking intense rumouring from earlier this week that foretold of PlayStation 2 and Xbox versions of the hotly anticipated horror title.
Capcom Japan's press office has stated that the game will hit as a Nintendo exclusive. However, doubt still remains in the games industry as to whether exclusive means single-platform at launch, or platform exclusivity for the rest of time.
Our money is firmly resting on the PlayStation 2 and Xbox seeing some kind of modified version of the guaranteed smash hit in stores in time for Christmas.
