Fresh artwork shows the terror that is Doom 3!

In an amazing turn of events, id Software has actually managed to release some official artwork from one of its upcoming games, scrapping its previous strategy of getting disgruntled employees and third-parties to simply leak what they like onto the Internet.

Taken from the Doom 3 teaser site, the image shows an as-yet (we think) unseen monster from the Doom universe, taken from what is shaping up to be a genuinely terrifying gaming experience.
