We are delighted to inform you that SNK-Playmore, the comically re-jigged outfit that now carries all the Neo Geo intellectual properties, has announced a new game in the acclaimed fighting series Samurai Spirits, or Samurai Shodown as it’s known in the West.
Carrying the title Samurai Spirits Zero, nothing has been revealed detailing what the game actually is, though its preliminary platform has been announced. Unsurprisingly it will be released on arcade first, and will then migrate to home machine, moist likely PlayStation 2.
There are no assets available, other than this teaser flyer, which tells of the game’s 2D fighting mechanic and 10 year history.
