Shenmue III petition attracts 12,000 signatures
Suzuki masterwork sequel in demand.
You may have come across mutterings that Sega is likely to can further development of Yu Suzuki’s masterpiece Shenmue, the epic, groundbreaking adventure game which debuted on the Dreamcast.
Still setting unreachable standards today, the series will, without question, be continued, as Sega has stated time and time again that development of the series is already forging ahead.
However, the panic-stricken fanbase is taking no chances, setting up an online petition addressed to Yu Suzuki demanding that a third game goes ahead, attracting to date over 12,000 signatures.
However, this is likely to prove a waste of time, as the majority of opinion points towards an Xbox outing at some point in the next two years.
