Mario 128 sees more Nintendo-noia
Nintendo, now headed up by the super IP-paranoid Satoru Iwata, has made more comments revealing its worries about other companies stealing its ideas.

This month’s Nintendo Dream magazine from Japan sees Nintendo PR staff make the comment, “Mario 128 is currently in development, with concentration being placed on ideas that haven't been seen in games before. The reason we didn't put it on display at E3 is so these ideas wouldn't get stolen from us.”

Now let’s think for a moment…

The last time Nintendo kept something hushed up so other firms couldn’t steal their ideas was Super Mario Sunshine! And now, every games character has a water pack on his back and an impossible to use camera. And the time before that was Pokemon Mini! And now, every firm in the world is churning out doomed, low-grade portable games consoles.

We’re sure that Super Mario 128 will indeed be a great game. Unless the curse of the Nintendo top-secret stamp strikes again!

Everything on Mario 128, as it breaks, right here.
