Namco of Japan has released the first concrete details of the hotly anticipated Soul Calibur 2, due for release for Xbox, PlayStation 2 and GameCube.
As disclosed exclusively here some time ago, the GameCube version will feature a playable version of Zelda’s Link, but that’s just the beginning, as all versions will contain individual special characters.
The Xbox gets Spawn from Todd McFarlane and the PlayStation 2 will receive Heihachi from Namco’s Tekken games. Not bad, eh?
The game will be released on all formats simultaneously in Japan on March 27 with a Euro launch expected in June or July.
