Zelda details confirmed stateside as Europe waits
Pre-order system mirrors Japanese - will localisation cost Europe again?
Nintendo of America has confirmed that gamers will be able to get their hands on two free Zelda titles when they reserve a copy of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker for GameCube.
The system that NOA will put in place will see The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Master Quest, known as Ocarina of Time Ura or Ura Zelda in Japan, gifted on a separate disc.
When contacted this morning, Nintendo Europe, tight-lipped as ever, refused to speculate on which way the decision will swing as to a European release of the much-coveted bonus. As you may well be aware, Ura Zelda was a Nintendo 64DD title that never saw the light of day. It was, at the time, rumoured to have online functionality, although this has been removed from the GC release.
