Square fulfil your Fantasy
Final Fantasy VII may get a sequel according to the series' producer.
Yoshinori Kitase revealed to a well-respected Japanese publication that Square is considering developing a sequel to what some regard as the best Final Fantasy game ever made.
The decision is currently being pushed by many of Square's top employees, inluding the original character designer, Tetsuya Nomura. Kitase-San did double-back and state that although his desire to see the game is high, development on the game has not been green-lighted yet, as Square would very much like to guarantee the best possible experience for the player.
Of course, in journalistic circles, we know that this kind of 'announcement' is often vielded in the intention of getting consumer feedback, so if you lot get excited about it enough, it will happen. You know what to do: get emailing...
