Resident Evil 4 to be revealed this week?
That's what reports from Japan suggest...
Resident Evil, or Biohazard as it's otherwise known, is one of the most successful franchises of the next-gen era. It took the survival-horror genre, started by the mediocre Alone in the Dark series, and turned it on it's weary rotten zombie head by following the George Romero-inspired ethic of lots blood, violence and terrible acting.
The series, although criticised for dodgy controls and mild incoherencies, has sold by the shed-load regardless, and the GameCube remake of Resident Evil has even bagged a Golden Joystick award this year.
Resident Evil 4 has been in development for some time and has been veiled in secrecy since we've known of it's existence.
Thankfully, the mystery is allegedly to end this week, with media on the game to be released.
