As the Cube Club tour kicks off in the US, Nintendo has declared that a playable version of the hotly anticipated 1080 Snowboarding for the GameCube is complete and ready for public scrutiny.
Co-developed by Nintendo and NST, 1080 is widely seen as spawning boardsports games, with the combo and trick system being adopted across the board and seen on display in blockbuster hits including NeverSoft’s Tony Hawk series.
This news will be welcomed by the colossal fan base the 1080 series has accrued, as until now, only rolling footage of the game has been seen.
