Sega Rally ups the stakes

Sega Rosso has released some new screens and details from Sega Rally for the Game Boy Advance, the hotly anticipated race sim, first seen in the arcades in 1995

Following on from offerings from the V-Rally and Colin McRae stables, Sega has decided that 3D portable rally games are the best way to show off new achievements in Game Boy Advance development. The Rosso team has announced that, as well as fully 3D car models, three selectable in-game viewpoints will be on offer, a first for a GBA racer.

An undisclosed car list is likely to feature the classic Sega Rally trio of Toyota's Celica and the awesome Lancia team of the Delta Integrale and Stratos.

Expect to see Sega Rally for sale in Europe before Easter on Next year.
