THQ sponsors Have a Go Show

MX Superfly gets its first public airing.

The promotional ball for the upcoming MX Superfly is set to roll later this week at the Have a Go Show, at Newnham Park, Plympton, Plymouth, between Friday and Sunday, August 9-11.

The Have a Go Show is a new event that will play host to a large number of outdoor activities including off-road karting, hot air ballooning, quad bikes and motocross. THQ has supported Motocross for several years, including two seasons of headline sponsorship of the British Championship, and in video game form, with the successful Ricky Carmichael MX games. The Have a Go Show is the ideal platform for the general public and industry alike to get a first real glimpse of MX Superfly for the PlayStation 2. THQ will sponsor the Freestyle Arena where the likes of Jamie Squibb, Chris Birch, Danny Veale and Fraser Swanson will be twisting the throttle and performing their gravity-defying stunts.

MX Superfly is due for release in October for GameCube and PS2, and November for Microsoft Xbox.
