Sega of Japan has released a fresh bout of details concerning the GameCube rehash of the excellent RPG Skies of Arcadia.
The version will be greatly enhanced over the Dreamcast original, complete with new animations, a fresh batch of cut-scenes, new cinematic scenes and an all-new female character to play with.
Furthermore, a “Gaiden” level will be included, offering a side-story detour from the main quest.
Interestingly, Sega has announced that it is no longer planning on releasing Skies of Arcadia for PlayStation 2. According to reports, Sega wanted to spend more time ensuring the GameCube version was spot-on.
