nVidia chief operating officer Jen-Hsun Huang has stated that a new nVidia graphics chip will be available as soon as August of this year.
In somewhat surprising news, Huang said that a new chip, co-developed with former 3DFX staff members, will utilise a 13-micron process. This will enable nVidia to create more complex chips than its current 15-micron technology will allow.
