Resident Evil Creator: Xbox One vs PS4 - Whatever
We're certain that given his current reaction to Xbox One and PS4, Shinji Mikami, creator of Resident Evil, has been more impressed by new hardware.

He's been speaking about his new game as director, The Evil Within - apparently his last game - and during the conversation he expressed his less than effusive reaction:

“We only need one console. Why do I have to make two versions of a game? And when Xbox One was first announced it had lower specs than PS4, but now they’re almost identical.

“So either will do.”

Now there's a man who doesn't have to pay for his hardware and so doesn't have to make a choice that will involve quite a lot of the rent money or maybe food.

Closed minded design practices and sadly also evidently clear within his generic 'The Evil Within'. Hardware competitions is a blessing to any other design as it challenges there thought on limitation that opens new possibilities. But if he prefers to talk big and walk away small then good luck to him. If anything is it worth noting both systems hardware architectures and insanely similar next gen apart from tiny things that wouldn’t effect a multiplatform release.
