PES 2014 Xbox 360 Online Issues Being Fixed
Konami prepares fixes - are you suffering?
Some Xbox 360 users are having trouble playing PES 2014 online. Konami has "identified key issues" and is "currently preparing a solution, with the support of Microsoft".
Konami posted the following on the game's support page:
"As soon as a date can be fixed for distribution of a new update, Konami will update users through the press, the PES community, social channels and via the following URL which has already been set-up to report back on the online issue."
Certain players have encountered issues when they've come to download the game's second Xbox 360 update which is preventing them from playing online - Konami seem to have ruled out any individual player compensation when it said the following:
"Due to the nature of online gaming, sometimes things happen that may require fixing as to provide the best gaming experience in the long run," they said. "Compensation is decided on a server wide basis and any decisions will be announced on the server status pages which can be found here: http://www.konami.jp/we/online/
"We cannot provide any further compensation based on individual cases."
