BioShock Infinite was only released in March, and yet fans are clamouring for the first DLC expansion pack as if they've been waiting for years. But fret not, because if reports are to be believed, Irrational Games might be close to revealing more details about its new campaign content.According to
Joystiq, the studio will be unveiling information on the game's DLC in "late July". The time frame apparently came from a rep at the company, but the report is unsure whether this DLC information relates to the Season Pass (which covers three campaign expansions) or something else entirely.
Irrational boss Ken Levine recently
went on Twitter to confirm that progress on campaign DLC was "going well", but urged fans for patience as development on the new content began after work on
BioShock Infinite was completed.
While we all wait, Irrational did release a non-Season-Pass DLC pack called Columbia's Finest, which contains a bunch of brand new weapons.
